Product Description:

The VN5E160STR-E Power Management IC is a highly integrated, multi-channel Power Management IC for high-efficiency, low-cost DC/DC converter applications. The device has two channels for buck and one channel for boost operation. The buck channels are capable of delivering up to 5A of output current, while the boost channel is capable of delivering up to 2A of output current. The device operates from a 3.3V to 6V input voltage range and provides multiple protection features including over temperature, short circuit protection, over voltage protection, under voltage protection and over current protection. The device also has an adjustable soft-start feature to reduce inrush current. The VN5E160STR-E is available in a TQFN-24L package.
