Product Description:
The TPS630250YFFR is a high efficiency, synchronous buck regulator with integrated power switch. It can deliver up to 3A of continuous output current. The device offers up to 95% efficiency, supports output voltage down to 0.6V, and features a low operating current of only 0.7µA in shutdown mode.
