Product Description:
The TPS62237DRYR is a high-efficiency, low-quiescent current, step-down DC/DC converter for use in space-limited applications. It has an integrated high-side MOSFET and a low-side MOSFET to minimize power losses. It is designed to minimize the number of external components. The device is rated for a wide input voltage range from 3 V to 14 V, and is capable of delivering up to 3 A of output current.
