Product Overview:
The TPS6286920CRQYR is a highly integrated, high efficiency, low quiescent current synchronous buck converter with integrated power-on reset and power-good signal. It is capable of delivering up to 4A of continuous output current from an input voltage of 2.5V to 5.5V. The TPS6286920CRQYR features an integrated low-side MOSFET with integrated current sense, plus an internal 0.8V reference voltage. The TPS6286920CRQYR is well-suited for powering high-performance system-on-chip (SoC) processors, FPGAs, and other power-sensitive devices.
